The leaders of state/autonomy and their minsters are elected every 12 days. We are using our own election forms which can be found here. 

There are specific nationalities allowed in the government to allow a fair 50-50 ratio between Nordic and German leaders:

German or Nordic
External Affairs
Nordic or German
Economy and Finance
German only
Internal Affairs and Cultural Protection
Nordic only
